Dispatch times
Teramart Main stock dispatches the same business day for orders placed before 1pm AEST Mon–Fri.
Distributor stock dispatches within 1–2 business days from the distributor warehouse. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Carriers
We use Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex. Tracking links come from the carrier directly via email and SMS.

Delivery process
All orders ship with signature on delivery by default. To allow authority to leave, add a note at checkout — authority-to-leave parcels are at the customer's risk after delivery.
Order tracking
Tracking email arrives when your order ships. You can also view status under My Orders. If an order doesn't arrive within the expected window, email shipping@teramart.com.au and we'll investigate.
Damaged or missing items
- Photograph the outer carton and any damaged contents before unpacking further.
- Email shipping@teramart.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We'll lodge the carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund at no cost.
Pickup option
Sydney CBD pickup available for orders over $500, by appointment only. Contact shipping@teramart.com.au.
