These terms apply to your use of teramart.com.au and any purchase you make from TeraMart Pty Ltd (ABN 87 696 148 204) ("TeraMart", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current and complete information.
3. Pricing
All prices in AUD and include 10% GST. The price applied to your order is the price displayed when you submit. We may correct obvious errors before dispatch and will contact you for confirmation.
4. Placing an order
When you submit an order you make an offer to purchase; we accept by emailing an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel before dispatch if the product is out of stock, there's a pricing/description error, or we suspect fraud — we'll refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Zip. We do not store full card numbers. Buy-now-pay-later services are governed by their own terms.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment clears in full. Estimated delivery times are guides only.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds
See our Warranty & Returns page. These apply in addition to your ACL rights.
8. Warranty
Voluntary warranty terms (manufacturer or TeraMart store warranty) are set out in our Warranty & Returns page. They apply in addition to — and do not limit — the consumer guarantees under the ACL.
- Distributor products: manufacturer's full Australian warranty.
- "Teramart Range" imported products: 12-month TeraMart store warranty.
- All products: ACL guarantees — acceptable quality, fitness for disclosed purpose, accuracy of description, services with due care and skill.
9. Promotional codes & gift cards
Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when issued — usually single-use per customer, non-stackable, no cash value. Gift cards expire 3 years from issue and are not redeemable for cash.
10. Intellectual property
All content on teramart.com.au is owned by TeraMart or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or distribute it without our written permission, except for reasonable personal use.
11. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Email security@teramart.com.au if you suspect unauthorised use.
12. User content & reviews
If you post a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, accurate, and not defamatory or unlawful.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to the ACL consumer guarantees): we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; our maximum liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Force majeure
We're not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, pandemics, government acts, industrial disputes, carrier delays.
15. Governing law
Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Submission to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
16. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage and emailed to account holders.
